Phyllocnistis vitifoliella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae, known from Québec and the United States (where it has been recorded from Wisconsin, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Texas, Vermont, Kentucky and Illinois).[1]
