Caloptilia ostryaeella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Québec, Canada, and Kentucky, Maine, Ohio and Vermont in the United States.[1]
The larvae feed on Carpinus and Ostrya species, including Ostrya virginiana and Ostrya virginica.
