Status
Occurrence of this species in Maryland is somewhat uncertain. Some historic records were referred to Trametes sepium which is now considered a synonym of Antrodia favescens. However, Trametes sepium is still considered a synonym of Antrodia albida in some databases. This may be the species called Antrodia albida in some references which occurs on hardwood trees.
