New Jersey Rush in Charles Co., Maryland (9/15/2009). A globally rare (G2) species listed as highly state rare (S1) and state endangered. Per Kerry: "This looks a lot like a more common species, the Canada rush. However, this species has rough margins on the stems (scabrous) and has a bluish-green tint (glaucous)."
