Found in groups on decaying wood.

Description

Tiny (1-3 mm); almost flat to cup-shaped; stalkless; interior (fertile surface) pale yellow initially, gradually becoming some shade of green as fruiting bodies mature; edge and exterior (infertile surface) yellow, slightly rough. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
