Status

Found in dense clusters on ground or decayed wood in forests; sometimes in grass.

Description

Cap: Shades of light brown; conical; finely grooved; margin may have veil remnants; white, thin flesh. Gills: Pale becoming gray-brown in age; crowded. Stalk: White; brittle; hollow; base extends into soil; long and thin. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
