Found in dense clusters on ground in hardwood or mixed woods.

Description

Note that this page represents a species pair, as the two are currently indistinguishable for all practical purposes. Fruiting body: Pale pink; worm-like; pointed or rounded apex; smooth, brittle; white flesh. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
