Found solitary in mixed or coniferous forests.
Description
Cap: Various shades of green, broadly convex to flat with depressed center in age, dry, scaly; incurved margin; latex white, stains gills green. Gills: Whitish-pink, close, bruise olive. Stalk: Color of cap, dry, hollow. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
