Monomorium emarginatum in Anne Arundel Co., Maryland (4/21/2017). Found on Common Vetch and measured less than 2 mm. Identified by James C. Trager/BugGuide, who notes that although the photo cannot be identified beyond genus, M. minimum does not occur east of the Appalachians.
