Status:

Found in rich soil, wood chips, greenhouses; year-round indoors in soil of potted plants.

Description:

Cap: Pale to bright yellow, smooth or powdery scales, usually with an umbo; conic with striate margin and thin yellow flesh. Gills: Yellow. Stalk: Bright yellow, powdery; partial veil leaves ring. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
