Status:

Found in groups on dead grass blades.

Description:

Cap: Orange-brown; convex; grooved with small central depression; thin; tiny (1/8 - 3/8"). Gills: White to cream; attached to collar or stalk; distant. Stalk: Mostly blackish-brown, may be paler near cap. Appear after heavy dew or rain and soon shrivel. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
