Found in the eastern U.S. along the edges of ponds, streams, and other wet areas.

Description

"Narrow fastigium (space between eyes) that doesn't protrude in front of eyes, and lobed front and middle femura are characteristic for this species" (David J. Ferguson/BugGuide, 2008).
