Black Jelly Drops in Howard Co., Maryland (6/27/2019). Microphotograph shows a mix of asci (fingerlike objects containing spores) and spores (ellipsoid/almond-shaped, one side flattened, smooth, dark brown when mature, gray-brown when immature; mature measured 11.1-12.8 X 6.3-6.8 microns).
