A Red Saddlebags at the Germantown Soccerplex, Montgomery Co., Maryland (5/30/2012). Per Dave: "A scarce but annual (?) visitor to Maryland. The Soccerplex pond had been dry, just filled with rain. Some less common for the county odonates, such as Carolina Saddlebags and Double-ringed Pennant, suddenly 'discovered' the pond."
