This non-native species is available in the horticultural trade. It is not yet known to be naturalized in Maryland but its status will be reviewed periodically.
Similar to common Snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis) except that Greater Snowdrop has green spots at the base of the inner tepals as well as the tips.
