Status:

Found scattered on in groups on grassy areas or mulch.

Description:

Fragile, ephemeral. Cap: White / creamy white, center often yellow; dry, smooth; conic to almost flat, bell-shaped in age; lined; thin, white flesh. Gills: White, becoming tawny to cinnamon-brown in age; free; close. Stalk: White, powdery to smooth, no ring, hollow, usually with small basal bulb. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
