Found scattered or in groups on ground in mixed woods.

Description:

Cap: Varied colors from pink through orange / yellow / gray. Convex to flat with depressed center. Extremely glutinous, especially when fresh; stiate margin; rather foul odor. Stalk: Light or like cap; glutinous; hollow. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
