Eastern Blue-eyed Grass Sisyrinchium atlanticum Bicknell  Synonyms: Sisyrinchium mucronatum var. atlanticum.

Description:

Eastern Blue-eyed Grass can be separated from other Maryland Sisyrinchium species by having branched stems, plant bases without fibrous remains, and the stem is less than 2mm wide (Weakley, 2015).
