Found solitary on the ground in mixed woods.

Description:

Cap: Dull orange disc, remainder bright to pale yellow; translucent; grooved. Convex initially becoming flat to upturned with small umbo. Stalk: Yellow with small pale yellow scales; membranous ring. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
