No Common Name Megalodacne heros (Say, 1823)  

Description:

Compare similar M. fasciata. This species is larger and lacks rows of fine punctures on elytra. "Note also different form of scutellar macula, and pronotal sides near hind angles (slightly concave in heros / straight to slightly convex in fasciata). (BugGuide, 2018)
