Status:

Common Bermudagrass is a common non-native lawn grass. It has escaped and has become become established across Maryland (Terrell & Peterson, 2009).
"Naturalized from Europe; Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Massachusetts to Michigan, Iowa and eastern Kansas, southward, where abundant" (Reed, 1964).

Relationships:

Common Bermudagrass is a host plant for Eufala Skipper , Fiery Skipper, Common Roadside Skipper, and Sachem.
