Status:

This undescribed species resembles the Dashed Gray Pinion. Adults of L. sp. aff. disposita tend to have lighter gray or greenish gray forewings with the claviform spot more distant from the postmedial line (Johnson).

Relationships:

Lithophane sp. aff. disposita may be found in dry or hilly deciduous woods, while Dashed Gray Pinion is found in wetlands with willows (Johnson).
