Status:

Found on bark of living trees; hardwood debris (oak).

Description:

Fruiting body: Up to 1/32” (1 mm) thick, tightly attached to substrate. Caramel brown, membranous, sometimes with scattered small warts/spines; margin white/yellow, abrupt or gradual; flesh yellow. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
