Description:

Cap: Dirty tan/brown; bell-shaped with prominent umbo; margin with veil remnants; wrinkled to radially lined. Gills: Whitish/grayish/pinkish; edges serrated in age. Stalk: Light above, dark below; equal, hollow, may be twisted; white mycelium at base (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Where to find:

Solitary or groups on decaying hardwood stumps/logs (J. Solem, pers. comm.).
