Status:

Found scattered on dead twigs or woody hardwood debris.

Description:

Cap: Orange-brown; convex to flat in age with small central depression; stiff red-brown radially zoned hairs on light background; flesh thin, tough. Gills: White, free, lose. Stalk: Similar to cap, covered with brown hairs. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
