Status:

Found on deadwood of hardwoods and conifers throughout North America and Europe.

Description:

Young specimens are white and fleshy, often exuding distinctive resinous droplets. When mature, similar to Ganoderma mushrooms.

Relationships:

Grows on logs and stumps from hardwoods and conifers.
