Found scattered on ground in forests.

Description

Cap: Yellow to light orange (paler in age); smooth; bell-shaped to broadly conical with small pointed umbo; flesh yellowish. Gills: Yellow, may have pinkish tinge in age. Stalk: Yellow; dry; hollow; some white mycelium at base. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
