We will spend the day exploring some of the winter highlights of Dorchester County. The morning will be spent along the Cambridge Waterfront where we will search for waterfowl and other birds. This includes a stop at the famous Oakley Street Canvasback flock! After Cambridge, we will head to Federalsburg where we will walk along the Marshy Hope Creek wetlands. We will finish the day with a walk through the woods along Chicone Road.

Please dress for the cold. Most of our time will be spent outside the car. If it rains or snows, the trip will be canceled. If canceled, trip participants will be alerted to cancellation on the Friday prior to the trip – Friday, February 11th, 2022. When the trip is full (up to 12 participants), we will make an announcement on the MBP socials. Participants must be vaccinated prior to attending the trip.
